     AccessPoint Healthcare IT is looking for a Cerner Education Services Manager for our healthcare client located in the East Coast. This is a direct hire full-time role with generous benefits and relocation provided. Candidates must have strong training management expertise and experience with training management for a large healthcare system.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities will include the following:

     

    • Manage all learning functions as required ranging from initial needs assessments through post-training evaluation
    • Manage the education team and education budget
    • Plan and execute learning plans and processes
    • Review and manage Cerner future state workflows and design/build Manage detailed end user classroom schedules and logistics
    • Manage train the trainer process

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

     

    • Strong experience in Cerner training management with Cerner product knowledge (3+years)
    • Strong experience in managing education team and training process
    • Strong experience in managing education budget
    • Robust adult learning management experience (5+ years)
    • Project management experience and Implementation management
    • Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
