    AccessPoint is looking for a Kronos System Admin for our Healthcare Client in Illinois (Chicago Area). This is a FTE (Full-time employee) placement opportunity. Employee must work on site and be local to the area or willing to relocate to the area. The position offers competitive pay, exceptional benefits, and a great work environment.


    Partner with HR and other end-users to facilitate the identification, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements.  Leads the creation of technical specifications, design documentation, and testing strategies for business requirements. Create and implement audits and analysis to ensure system integrity and identify process improvement opportunities.  Create technical documentation including requirements analysis, data flow, software configuration specifications, operational procedures and other related documentation. Develop, modify and maintain Kronos HR application configurations including maintenance of Pay Rules, setup and maintenance of PTO accruals, design, creation and maintenance of system and reporting interfaces and design and configure of attendance rules. Create scheduling tools such as schedule periods and shift templates and analyze data and function access requirements and configure profiles (such as display, data access and function access profiles) to control access to the system. Creates on-boarding training materials and provides training to new management users. 



    • Administrative or technical background
    • Must have KRONOS experience
    • 1-2 years of previous job-related experience in healthcare scheduling and timekeeping.


    • 3-5 years of previous job-related experience in healthcare scheduling and timekeeping.
    • Understanding of HRIS database design, database tools, Windows Server hardware and software platforms.
