    AccessPoint  is looking for an IT Project Manager for our Client in the Detroit area. This is a long-term contract opportunity. Employee must work on site and be local to the area. Ideal candidates will have experience with HR projects & MS Office.


    They will facilitate working sessions using targeted facilitation and advanced modeling techniques. Will work in a highly collaborative, cross functional executive leadership team on various project activities specific to workforce planning. Ability to develop / coordinate cross-functional work groups and projects, yielding optimal outcomes.   


    • HR experience - managing HR projects and HR process knowledge. 
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office products (excel, power point, project, word, etc.).
    • Ability to develop excel documents and charts using MS Excel, executive presentations using MS power point, and project plans using MS project.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to develop executive presentations and communicate with executive level leaders.  
    • Ability to work with and collaborate with executive leadership. Ability to conduct research, product/process evaluations, and vendor contract reviews.
    • Proven expertise in identifying requirements in accordance with organizational standards and processes.  
    • Proven expertise in documenting and facilitating working sessions with relevant stakeholders.
    • Broad understanding of analysis and IT industry, e.g. emerging technologies, industry standards, support services, architectures, systems design, and systems integration and solid knowledge of analysis and accepted IT processes and methodologies.  
    • Creative problem solving skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions.
    • Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams.
