    AccessPoint is looking for a Remote NextGen Athena Technical Support for our Healthcare IT Client in Michigan (Livonia Area). This is a 6-month contract opportunity. The position offers competitive pay, exceptional benefits, and a great work environment. Remote or local candidates welcome.


    Technical Skills: (Technical Support Team)

    • Applications (see below): NextGen, AthenaHealth (ASP), Cliental Bolt-On's (724 Downtime solution (Cerner) and Pyxis-ES (BD))
    • Windows Server Admin., Networking, Microsoft certifications are a plus, Powershell scripting, SQL & SSIS
    • Tier II or III Technical Support experience

    Interface Skills: (HIE / Interface Support Team)

    • Applications (see below): NextGen's (Mirth, NGShare & Rosetta)
    • Skills: SQL Scripting, HL7, JavaScript
    • Tier II or III Technical Support experience

    Soft Skills:

    • Soft/Tech Skills of getting on the phone with the user, listening to their problem, diagnosing and fixing it.

    • NextGen:NextGen Application, Mirth, NGShare, Rosetta
