    AccessPoint Healthcare IT is looking for a Data Developer for our Healthcare IT Client in the Livonia, MI area. This is a full-time direct hire (perm) opportunity. Employee must work on site. The position offers competitive pay, exceptional benefits and a great work environment.

    Responsibilities

    The Data Developer Specialist is responsible for the development, testing and documentation of complex data transformations and services to enable the analysis of information to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business requirements for the Customer. This position requires advance technical skills to design, code and test complex transformations while maintaining existing environments.

     

    This FTE position is for a Data Developer for the Revenue Analytics team. This role is on the data warehouse team, which also develops custom applications for revenue cycle.

     

    This role will work to develop enhancements for the annual upgrades to the Pricing Optimization Model (POM), used by the System to help analyze the competitive market and how the System’s pricing fits within.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with advanced SQL
    • PL/SQL background
    • Experience with Oracle
    • Experience with Teradata - a plus, not required
    • Experience with Informatica – a plus, but not required
    • Experience working with Healthcare a must
    • Experience with hospital revenue a plus
    • Experience working with integrations required
    • Be willing to participate in on-call rotation
    • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience
    • Excellent communication skills – will need to derive requirements

    Education:

    • An advanced degree – preferably in Computer Science or other applied sciences such as mathematics, finance, engineering, etc
